Holiday Inn & Suites Boca Raton - North by IHG

Good location. Nice pool and small bar and small breakfast grill/restaurant. In good weather this place is great! Room doors are exterior exposed inward to outdoor pool area.

The staff here was really amazing, very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. They took the old pool house and turned it into the breakfast area right in the middle so it was easy to find there was free breakfast and it was great. The room itself was more like a one bedroom apartmentwith a door to the bedroom and they had two TVs.

I stayed at the property 1/16/26 - 1/18/26 for the Pepsi Battle of the Bands at FAU stadium. The location was amazing to the stadium (10min drive), Wilton Manor (23min drive) and Miami (35min drive). The pricing for weekend was just amazing for my two friends and I. We stayed in the Queen Suite with the sofa bed. I wasn’t expecting the main room area to be as large as it was. The sofa bed was very comfortable, I only wish they had sheets to fit the mattress properly and a comforter versus just a flat thin sheet to cover myself at night. The queen bedroom area was great, nothing bad to say about it. The bathroom…..it was modern and updated but the shower floor pan you could tell has been there for a while and needs replacing. We were a little understanding knowing that this was an older property going through slight renovations. Overall, my friends and I were very comfortable despite the shower floor pan. Front desk staff was amazing and allowed me to check-in 30mins early. Room service, we requested more towels, pillows and sheets. Within 15mins they were knocking on our door for delivery. Despite the other comments, staff were amazing, room attendants were amazing, the room was clean & very comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to experience breakfast there so I can give my review on it. The walls are thin so if you’re trying to nap throughout the day it may be a little difficult. But at night it’s as quiet as a rat pissing on cotton.

Floor are clean, beds are comfortable, they can do better breakfast other then powder eggs and turkey meat. Water pressure could be better. Coffee not so bad just needs to freshen up often and put out earlier. Otherwise it’s better then most Days Inn and Motel 8

If your looking for a 5 star resort this place "may" not be for you. If you're looking for an affordable place with comfortable beds, nice size rooms, large TV's, large nice pool, and a staff that goes above and beyond for their customers you may want to check in here. We reserved 2 rooms for 3 days. One room was missing a TV in living room area. We called the office and the staff brought and installed a large TV immediately. The rooms were clean, The beds are very comfortable with 4 fluffy comfy pillows, and the AC kept a consistent temperature of 69-72 (I like my rooms cold) Pool was AMAZING and typically closes at 9. At 10pm a staff member very politely reminded us of the closing time and gave us 15 more minutes. I kept putting my room key in with my credit cards which deactivated them. I had to go to front desk 3 times to have them reactivate my keys and they were extremely friendly about it. They keep a dispenser of cucumber water in lobby which is extremely refreshing when coming in from the heat. There's also an area in the lobby for families to play board games. There is no hot breakfast but the continental breakfast they offer is very nice, contains fruit, bagels, toast, yogurt, muffins, hot oatmeal, juices & coffee. The hotel is very "Pet friendly" which is very important to me even though I didn't have my Milo with me this time. It was very nice seeing the few dogs I got to see. It helped because I was really missing my fur baby. The staff turned this 3.5 star hotel into a 5 star resort for me just by how friendly and accommodating they all were. Lynn at the front desk treated my family like she would her own family and I really appreciated her. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I happen to be back in the area in the future. If your an animal lover like myself, PLEASE bring cat food & check around the exterior of hotel. I met a couple sweet kitties outside in the back. I'm really going to miss them. It made my trip more enjoyable.

After having a horrible stay at la quinta I 95 in deerfield, we checked out of there and was so pleasantly surprised with this holiday inn in boca. The staff, in particular, Kevin and Cindy were so pleasant and accommodating. They went out of their way to help us. Additionally, the room is exceptionally clean and smells great, as opposed to la quinta. It is spacious and really lovely

This was a wonderful location and the staff certainly made an impact. Emily at the front desk was awesome. Katrina in the breakfast lounge obviously strived to make sure the food was hot and on time, you could tell how much she cared.

Spent 4 nights here with my partner, son, and son's service dog. There was some good and some bad. Nothing terrible. King suite was spacious but the mattress on the pull out couch was very uncomfortable for my teenage son. Having the fridge and microwave were helpful. Mattress on the bed was very nice. Didn't hear a lot from my neighbors. Wish the front desk guy would have told us how to find breakfast. Didn't figure it out until the last day (that's on us partially i suppose). Really could have used more towels but we're repeatedly told there were literally no more. The water pressure sucked SO BAD. Would return, but please fix the water pressure.
